At Rangakri, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your new kurti. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we understand. Here’s a breakdown of our return and refund policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience:
Hassle-Free Returns:
We offer returns within 7 days of receiving your order. This gives you ample time to try on your kurti and see if it’s the perfect match.
What can be returned?
To be eligible for a return, your kurti must be:
- In its original, unworn, and unwashed condition
- With all tags still attached
- In its original packaging (if possible)
What can't be returned?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Kurtis that have been worn or washed
- Kurtis with removed tags
- Kurtis with damaged packaging (except for damage caused during shipping)
Simple Return Process:
- Contact Us: Before returning your kurti, reach out to our friendly customer service team at support@rangkarikurti.in. They’ll guide you through the process and provide a return authorization number.
- Pack it Up: Carefully repack your kurti in its original packaging, if available.
- Return it Back: Ship the kurti back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned kurti, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method within 2 business days. You’ll receive a notification email confirming the refund.
